Bill Evans: Reflections in D (Duke Ellington)











Bill Evans is one of the most influential pianists in Jazz. We could say that he is the Chopin of Jazz (Both Oscar Peterson and Art Tatum could be considered the Franz Liszt).
This Interpretation is the quintessence of quartal harmony and the result of the integration of the Impressionistic musical language into Jazz piano music.
